Diagnostic services are generally free; however, diagnostic fees may apply to specialized deep-level motherboard troubleshooting, which will be communicated upfront.
All our repair services come with a limited service warranty covering the specific components repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover subsequent unrelated damage, physical drops, liquid damage, or user-inflicted modifications after the repair.
Products and accessories purchased from our shop come with standard manufacturer warranties where applicable. Used or refurbished consoles may have varied warranty periods explicitly stated on the invoice.
